The twenteens born in 1988!

I just came back from Cameron Highlands, from my Youth Camp : Camp Fire 2008. It was indeed a great experience for me to be group leader once again, but with such huge responsibilities and role changes taking place God was my rock and He guided me through all the activities n devotion. :)

I'm thankful for all my members and I've learnt so much from them. Being "older" I feel as though the camp was to touch the lives of the new comers and unbelievers. Now, instead of being the delinquents in charge of pranks or breaking the rules, or even being spoon fed scripture we are the ones making sure everyone understands and stays "in line". I've hopefully matured and grown as a Christian and being a leader helps me realize that times are changing... Therefore, I have to change my heart!

It was all in all, amazing effort put in by the leaders and the committee members. A job well done!! You guys had so much spirit and dedication towards the planning, and it all worked out splendidly. To God be the glory and praise! I was encouraged.

This might be my last "Youth Camp with SS and Agape" which was something that dawned on me on the last night of camp. Woah, time does fly by..."where did it all go?" hehe.

I feel that relationships were built and others strengthened. That He spoke freely and powerfully through every activity conducted. It is time to rededicate my life instead of being a "Martha"...(busy with my daily work, services to God and routines) I should be a Mary and rest in the Lord. to sit a while and listen to God. :) Keep on Burning for the Lord... Cheers to a fantastic camp! Will miss having fun times like these... love you guys.

In other words, I love love love the Christmas Holidays! It is my fav time of the year. I always feel so happy and joyful whenever i see lights lit up and trees decorated in malls, carols sung. The atmosphere is just so warm and homely. Shopping, pressies, and family... (although it does mean i'm nearing LEAVING! sigh) XD
