Guess where I am at this very moment?
I'm in the Computer Services and Repairs department! Waiting on my laptop to be fixed!! Yes...
my laptop chronicles...It is only the 4th week and this is already happening!
Sigh...totally ruined my day.
Let me set the scene for you, two days ago I bought a new anti-virus system online, thinking it was a real anti-virus for my laptop! There were tons of warnings on my laptop encouraging me to buy it! Being such a gullible person I believed the stupid warnings! and paid for the anti-virus with my Bank of America Card! Bad move...
TODAY, my com crashed and I couldn't get things down...waited 5 hours and missed one class, called the bank to cancel my account in case of fraud or transfers! Getting a new credit card!
Making tons of adjustments and changes to the account and making sure all my money doesn't get into the hands of those jerks who designed this "so called" anti-virus scam to get innocent desperate people's money!!
I paid so much for it too....How ironic is that, that i paid for an anti-virus system to protect my laptop instead I received A VIRUS!! *smacks forehead*
So, here I am...stressed out, waiting for the bank to call, in the computer IT department waiting for the IT ppl to fix my laptop! All in all, a dreadful day...seriously. I hate these hackers and scammers on the net who have nothing better to do then steal money and give us users of the web a crappy day!
(sorry for the sudden hint of negativity...I'm in need for release!) XD
p.s. - parents just called...made me feel a whole lot better *calmed me down a lil*, calling the bank claims office soon to get my money back! *Not lettin them (the scammers) have the last laugh!* PLS pray for me. :)
